We are a neighborhood located in the northern part of Jackson, Tennessee, directly in-between two highly decorated private schools and only a few miles from popular city-wide destinations. We have roughly 325 beautiful homes.

Thank you to our residents who were able to get their HOA dues in by the March deadline. We had our most successful remittance prior to the deadline, and currently there are less than 5% of our neighbors who have yet to remit. Don't worry, they will remit, and unfortunately with late fees.

The 2024 HOA Annual Dues Invoice has been updated below and is attached for your reference. Late fees have been added to the invoice and we will keep it updated monthly. Please note our mailing address below or contact us by email if its more convenient for us to pick up from you.
